Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original BEAM packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
